Since melds are made with at least 3 or more cards, in two player game a maximum of 6 melds can be created 3 by each player. MELD AREA - Six emply piles which can be used to create melds.
STOCK - Remaining cards are set aside forming a stock pile. WASTE - One card is dealt face-up to the waste pile. PLAYER - At the begining the two players are dealt 10 cards each. The game is played with a standard 52 card deck. In Rummy card game players are supposed to discard all their cards by making melds which are sequences of 3 or more cards in same suit, or 3 or 4 cards of same rank.
